We remind you that at the airports of Venice, Bergamo and Verona there is a representative of the Fly Ski Shuttle at our desk, whom you must see at your arrival at the airport. Instead, teh airport of Treviso is a common stop, there is no dedicated desk or representative, but for any information you may contact the representative of Venice, who can always be reached at the cell number indicated on the reservation voucher.
The Fly Ski Shuttle service is a collective service, that is why the rates are so low, and therefore possible bus changes along the routes are possible if the organization considers it appropriate.

FOR PASSENGERS GOING TO FOLGARIDA

In the reservation form select the Dimaro stop and in comments specify that you are requesting transfer to Folgarida and the name of your hotel.

TERMS OF THE TRIP

You have to purchase your ticket on-line by THURSDAY MORNING (12.00 P.M.) of the arrival/departure week. Afterwards, it is only possible to do it through the call center or right in the airport subject to verification of availablity.

THE VOUCHER MUST BE CAREFULLY CHECKED by the user at the time of the reservation. Trentino Welcome is not responsible for errors attributable to incorrect keying in of the information by the user. Should the user run into errors, you must immediately contact the call center. During the week when the service will be used, eventual corrections are only possible until Thursday 12.00 p.m.

The voucher must be kept and presented to the HOSTESS present in the arrival area of the airport (there is an easily recognizable desk with the sign "FLY SKI SHUTTLE") or to the diver of the bus if it is a return trip.

We ask users to present themsevles to the HOSTESS (if they are arriving) or at the bus stop (if they are leaving) at least 15 MINUTES before the time indicated on the voucher.

DELAYS could occur in the departure estimated at a maximum of 30 minutes. Trentino Welcome is not responsible for longer delays, attirbutable to weather conditions and/or heavy traffic.

CANCELLATIONS: the user has the right to reimbursement of the ticket only if the cancellation is made no later than one week before the departure.
