Dimaro rises 800 meters above sea level on a plain next to the Noce river, at the foot of the ski station of Folgarida.

Behind it rise the Sasso Rosso and the Castelàc mountains. The mountains hold spectacles of rare beauty, such as the waterfalls of the Melédrio river or that of the "Pissòn". The small hamlet of Carciato is characteristic.

From Dimaro to Folgarida there is a free ski bus connection during the entire winter.
